    All services are provided on a project basis following direct communication and agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Requests and Quotations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Submitting a request through the contact form does not constitute a binding agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All projects are subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Technical evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Feasibility assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Formal quotation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The client is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Providing accurate information and files<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensuring they have the rights to use and share submitted content (including 3D models)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        All materials, files, and information provided by the client remain the property of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The service provider does not claim ownership of client-submitted content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Use of Uploaded Files<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Uploaded files are used solely for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Project evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Quotation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Development and prototyping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Files are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Prototypes and 3D printed parts are intended for testing, validation, and development purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          They are not certified for safety-critical or regulated applications unless explicitly agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          7. Production and Tolerances<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Due to the nature of prototyping and additive manufacturing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Minor variations may occur<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Surface finish and tolerances depend on materials and processes used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            8. Payments and Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Terms of payment, delivery times, and conditions are defined in individual project agreements or quotations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9. Changes to Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            Services and specifications may evolve over time.
            The provider reserves the right to update or modify service offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
