3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the rights to use and share submitted content (including 3D models)

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, files, and information provided by the client remain the property of the client.

The service provider does not claim ownership of client-submitted content.

5. Use of Uploaded Files

Uploaded files are used solely for:

• Project evaluation
• Quotation
• Development and prototyping

Files are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prototypes and 3D printed parts are intended for testing, validation, and development purposes only.

They are not certified for safety-critical or regulated applications unless explicitly agreed.

7. Production and Tolerances

Due to the nature of prototyping and additive manufacturing:

• Minor variations may occur
• Surface finish and tolerances depend on materials and processes used

8. Payments and Delivery

Terms of payment, delivery times, and conditions are defined in individual project agreements or quotations.

9. Changes to Services

Services and specifications may evolve over time.
The provider reserves the right to update or modify service offerings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
